How you feel about your home and in your home matters! We're an enjoyable and easy team to work with and believe it's important to do business in a transparent way. You work hard for every dollar, so we show you exactly where every dollar you spend with us is going to go. Set up a complimentary consultation today and you're one step closer to living in a space you love.
We typically plan to meet in our client's home, although we welcome clients to come to our Mt. Juliet, TN based design studio if they prefer.
Initial consultations last an hour or less and give us an opportunity to ask the right questions and get a good feel for your style and expectations, as well as the scope of the project.
After our meeting we'll work up a detailed project proposal with upfront, line item pricing and typically have it in your hand in less than a week. If you haven't already set a project budget, we'll propose one.
Once you approve the proposal, we'll collect a deposit and lock your project in on our calendar. We'll take meticulous measurements of each space to ensure selections are the correct size and scale.
In about two weeks, we’ll have a design presentation
prepared for you to review.
We'll include our proposed design, as well as several alternative options.
You’ll approve each item and it’s pricing. Once each piece is selected, we'll collect a check for the full amount of the items and place all orders. We'll receive, unbox, assemble, and store all your items until your install date arrives.
There's nothing quite like the excitement of install day! We'll deliver,
position and secure each selected piece in it's ideal place. We love seeing a room come together and can't wait to share the experience with you.
Once everything is setup, we'll walk through each space together to ensure you don't have any notes or questions. After you approve each area, we'll collect your final payment.
